By booking a service with AutoFLeX Mobile Pros (“AutoFLeX,” “we,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
AutoFLeX is a mobile oil change platform that connects vehicle owners (“customers”) with qualified mobile mechanics. Services are performed at the customer’s designated location and must be scheduled in advance through our website or app.
2. Booking & Payment
- All services must be booked through the AutoFLeX platform.
- Full payment is required prior to service confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- The total service price is based on your selected service, vehicle requirements, and location.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a $25 fee, depending on circumstances and costs incurred. We know thing's happen, so contact support if needed.
- If we are unable to reach you at the time of service (to receive vehicle keys or access), the appointment may be marked as a no-show and payment may be forfeited. The mechanic will attempt to reach you via your provided phone number to retrieve your keys and begin work.
4. Service Expectations
- Mechanics will arrive as close as possible to the scheduled time. Arrival time may vary based on traffic, previous job delays, or other factors.
- Your service includes a standard oil change and filter replacement. Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra oil (over 5 quarts)
- Specialty filters
- Additional services upon request
- You are responsible for providing a safe and accessible location for the service.
5. Parts & Vehicle Condition
- AutoFLeX uses parts matched to your vehicle based on the information you provide.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, such as:
- Stripped or damaged drain plugs
- Rusted filters or pans
- Failing gaskets, seals, or other worn components
- If a job cannot be completed due to incorrect vehicle info or unsafe conditions, additional fees may apply.
6. Communication
- You will receive confirmation and reminders via email or text.
- It is your responsibility to ensure contact details are correct and accessible on the day of service.
7. Data Privacy
- Your personal and vehicle information is used solely for service coordination and support.
- We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
AutoFLeX reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
