Welcome to AutoFLeX: Mobile Pros! By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
AutoFLeX Mobile Pros provides mobile oil change services and related vehicle maintenance services (e.g., blade replacements, fluid refills). All services are performed at the customer’s provided location within our service area.
2. Booking and Deposits
1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
• A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
• If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a future booking.
• If you fail to respond to our attempts to contact you before or during the appointment (e.g., to receive vehicle keys), the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Scheduling:
• Appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We will make every effort to arrive at the scheduled time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
1. Payment Timing:
• Full payment for services must be made immediately upon completion of the job.
• Payments can be made via the methods outlined on our website or booking platform (e.g., Stripe).
2. Failure to Pay:
• If payment is not received within 24 hours of job completion, a late fee of $25 will be applied.
• Continued non-payment may result in further legal action or referral to a collections agency.
4. Liability and Warranties
1. Customer Responsibilities:
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and keys are available at the scheduled time.
• Customers must disclose any known issues with the vehicle that could affect the service.
2. Limited Liability:
• AutoFLeX Mobile Pros is not liable for any pre-existing conditions of your vehicle or for parts that break during service due to their current condition (e.g., worn-out oil filters, rusted parts, or fragile components).
• Customers acknowledge that certain repairs or replacements may be recommended but are beyond the scope of the services provided by AutoFLeX.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
1. Cancellations:
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
2. Rescheduling:
• Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Vehicle Damage Disclaimer
• AutoFLeX Mobile Pros takes all reasonable precautions while servicing your vehicle. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by:
• Pre-existing issues with vehicle components.
• Neglect, misuse, or failure to maintain the vehicle properly before our service.
• If additional issues are discovered during service, the customer will be notified immediately.
7. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold AutoFLeX Mobile Pros harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse, neglect, or pre-existing conditions of the vehicle.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Contra Costa County, CA.
9. Amendments
AutoFLeX Mobile Pros reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
